Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni307-3
GB/T ENi6182
AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-3
Description: Ni307-3 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). It has good crack resistance because the weld contains a certain amount of manganese, niobium, and other alloying elements.
Application: It is used for the welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys (such as UNS N06600) and the surfacing of steel. The working temperature is generally not higher than 480 ° C, and the crack resistance is good. Suitable for atomic furnace pressure vessel and chemical tank welding.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding. Try to use a short arc to weld.
