Low Temperature Steel Welding Electrode
W707Ni
GB/T E5515-C1
Description: W707Ni is a low-temperature steel electrode containing Ni in a low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can welded in all positions. The deposited metal still has good impact toughness at -70°C.
Application: Used for welding low temperature steel such as 2.5Ni.

Notice:
- The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at 350℃ before welding operation;
- It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding;
- Try to use small line energy when welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
