Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni307-1
GB/T ENi6062
AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-1
Description: Ni307-1 is a nickel-based electrode with low hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). Since the weld contains Nb, the deposited metal has good plasticity and crack resistance.
Application: Used for welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys (such as UNS N06600, UNS N06601) and surfacing of steel. Has good dissimilar metal welding properties. It can also be used at a working temperature of 980°C, but when the temperature is higher than 820°C, the oxidation resistance and strength will decrease.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding. Try to use a short arc to weld.
