Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni327-4
GB/T ENi6276
AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-4
Description: Ni327-4 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). It has excellent welding performance with stable arc combustion, less spatter, easy removing slag,
and beautiful weld. The mechanical properties of the deposited metal are stable.
Application: Used for welding low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, such as Hastelloy C276, ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622, B626, and can also be used for welding dissimilar steels with other nickel-based alloys.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation. Try to use a short arc to weld;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
3. Try to use small line energy when welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
