Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni307-7
GB/T ENi6152
AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-7
Description: Ni307-7 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). It has excellent welding performance with stable arc combustion, less spatter, easy removing slag,and beautiful weld. The deposited metal has stable mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance in high-temperature oxidizing and sulfur-containing atmospheres.
Application:Used in nuclear engineering, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and hydrogen fluorine manufacturing equipment, such as nickel 690 alloy, ASTM B166, B167, b168, etc., can also be used for welding nickel-chromium iron and stainless steel and surfacing corrosion-resistant layers on steel.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding. Try to use a short arc to weld.
