Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni327-3
GB/T ENi6625
Description: Ni327 -3 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). The deposited metal has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance, and has high strength and strong corrosion resistance at room temperature and high temperature.
Application: It is used for the welding of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, especially the welding and surfacing of UNS N06625 alloys and other steel types and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy composite steels, and can also be used for welding Ni9% steel under low temperature conditions.

Notice:
- The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation. Try to use a short arc to weld;
- It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
3. Try to use small line energy when welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
