Molybdenum and Chromium Molybdenum Heat Resistant Steel Welding Electrode
R407
GB/T E6015-B3
AWS A5.5 E9015-B3
Description: R407 is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode with a low-hydrogen sodium coating containing 2.5% Cr – 1% Mo. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can welded in all positions. The weldment must be preheated to 200 ~ 300°C before welding.
Application: Used for welding high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines with working temperature below 550°C, synthetic chemical machinery, petroleum cracking equipment, etc.
