Characteristics:
Basic electrode that deposits an austenitic manganese steel, which hardens by cold deformation, applicable on steels of the same composition and on parts subjected to severe impacts and medium abrasion. It is ideal for recovery, coating and repair of austenitic Mn steel parts, parts and pieces of heavy machinery.
Mechanical Properties: Hardness 200-250 HB BRINELL at deposit, 300-400 HB Brinell
after cold work hardening.
Welding Positions: Flat, Horizontal, Overhead, Vertical Up.

Applications: • To fill Manganese steels.
• Reconstruction of excavator teeth and buckets.
• Crossings and hearts of rails.
• Mineral mills and hammers.
• By hammering its hardness increases to 350 – 400 HB.
• When rebuilding or recoating, use A G AR-91 as a base.
• At temperatures above 300 OC, Mn steels
