Description: AFE312-16 is a Cr29Ni9 duplex stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating.It can be used for both AC and DC with excellent operating performance. Because it contains molybdenum and nitrogen, and the carbon content is extremely low, the deposited metal has good crack resistance and corrosion resistance, especially stress corrosion resistance.

Application: It is used for the welding of 29-9 series stainless steel, cast steel and dissimilar steel, as well as welding of materials that are prone to cracking and porosity.

1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 250℃ before the welding operation.
