Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni207
GB/T ENi4060
AWS A5.11 ENiCu-7
Description: Ni207 is a Monel alloy electrode with low hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and has good welding performance and crack resistance.
Application: For welding Monel or dissimilar steels. It can also be used for overlay welding transition layer.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 2 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding. Try to use a short arc to weld.
