Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni202
GB/T ENi4060
AWS A5.11 ENiCu-7
Description: Ni202 is a Ni70Cu30 Monel alloy electrode with titanium calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC. The deposited metal has good crack resistance due to the appropriate content of manganese and niobium. It has excellent welding performance with stable arc combustion, less spatter, easy removing slag, and beautiful weld.
Application: It is used for the welding of nickel-copper alloy and dissimilar steel, and can also be used as a transitional overlay material.
