Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni307-4
GB/T ENi6093
AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-4
Description: Ni307-4 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). It has excellent welding performance with stable arc combustion, less spatter, easy removing slag,
and beautiful weld.
Application:It is used for the welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys, such as Ni600, Ni800/800H and similar or nickel-based superalloys with a working temperature of 900 ° C. It can also be used for low-temperature steels containing Ni3% ~ 9%, such as ASTM A333, A334, A353, A522, The welding of A553 can also be used for dissimilar metal welding between Mo400, Ni825, stainless steel and low alloy steel.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding. Try to use a short arc to weld.
