Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni102
GB/T ENi2061
AWS A5.11 ENi-1
Description: Ni102 is a pure nickel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for all-position welding with AC and DC. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application: Used for welding pure nickel (UNS N02200 or N02201) forging and cast iron components, welding of nickel-composite steel, surfacing of steel and welding of dissimilar steel.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 350℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
