Low Alloy Steel Welding Electrode
J607CrNiMo
GB/T E6015-G
AWS E9015-G
Description: J607CrNiMo is a low alloy steel electrode with low hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive), and can be welded in all positions with short arc operation. The welding rod has great penetration depth, less spatter and good operation performance. Deposited metal has good plasticity, low temperature toughness and crack resistance.
Application: It is used for the welding of water supply pipes below 350 °C in power stations and pressure vessel steels of corresponding strength grades. It has a good match with domestic WB36CN1 (HD15Ni1MnMoNbCu) steel, and is also suitable for welding WB3 (15NiCuMoNb5) steel.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 350℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
