Low Temperature Steel Welding Electrode
W107
GB/T E5015-C2L
AWS A5.5 E7015-C2L
Description: W107 is a low-temperature steel electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can welded in all positions. The deposited metal still has good impact toughness at -100°C.
Application: Used for welding low temperature steel such as 3.5Ni.

Notice:
- The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at 350℃ before welding operation;
- It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding;
- Try to use small line energy when welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
