Molybdenum and Chromium Molybdenum Heat Resistant Steel Welding Electrode
R107
GB/T E5015-A1
AWS A5.5 E7015-A1
Description: R107 is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode with a low-hydrogen sodium coating containing 0.5% Mo. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can welded in all positions.The weldment must be preheated to 90 ~ 110 ℃ before welding.
Application: It is used for welding boiler pipes with working temperature below 510°C (such as 15Mo, etc.), and can also be used for welding general low-alloy high-strength steel.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at 350℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
