Description: A067 is a low-hydrogen sodium type ultra-low carbon Cr23Ni13 stainless steel electrode. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can welded in all positions.  It has a low carbon content, so it can resist intergranular corrosion caused by carbide precipitation without stabilizers such as niobium and titanium.

Application: It is used for the same type of stainless steel structure, composite steel and special-shaped steel components in the manufacture of synthetic fiber, petrochemical and other equipment. It can also be used for surfacing of transition layers on the inner wall of nuclear reactor pressure vessels and welding of tower internal components.

Notice:

1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;

2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
