Description: AF2594-16 is an ultra-low carbon nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC. PRE (pitting resistance equivalent value or pitting index) ≥ 40, the deposited metal has good thermal cracking resistance. Due to the low carbon content and a certain amount of molybdenum and nitrogen, the deposited metal has good resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
Application: It is mainly used for welding the same type of duplex stainless steel in offshore oil, natural gas and petrochemical industries, such as 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N, etc.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 250℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
