Low Alloy Steel Welding Electrode
J707RH
GB/T E7015-G
AWS E10015-G
Description: J707RH is a high toughness ultra-low hydrogen electrode with low hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can be welded in all positions.The welding process performance is good. The cold bending, crack resistance and explosion resistance of welded joints are good. Deposited metal has great plasticity and toughness.
Application: It is used for the welding of hull structures, and is also suitable for the welding of important structures of Rp0.2≥590MPa high-strength steel.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 2 hour at 400℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding;
3. Use short arc operation when welding. The narrow welding track is proper.
