Low Alloy Steel Welding Electrode
J707
GB/T E7015-D2
AWS E10015-D2
Description: J707 is a low-alloy high-strength steel electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive), and can be welded in all positions. When necessary, weldments can be preheated before welding and tempered after welding.
Application: Mainly used for welding 15MnMoV, 14MnMoVB, 18MnMoNb and other low-alloy steel structures. The welded structure can work under the condition of welding or tempering (500 ~ 650 ℃).

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at 350 ~380℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil scale, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding;
3. Use short arc operation when welding. The narrow welding track is proper.
