Description: A022 is an ultra-low carbon Cr18Ni12Mo2 stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC with good process performance. The carbon content of the deposited metal is ≤0.04%, which provides it with good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
Application: It is used for welding urea, synthetic fiber and other equipment and the same type of stainless steel structure. It can also be used for chromium stainless steel, composite steel and dissimilar steel that cannot be heat treated after welding.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 150℃ before welding operation;
2. Because the penetration depth is shallow during AC welding, the DC power supply should be used as much as possible to get deeper penetration. and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the welding rod;
3.The corrosion resistance of deposited metal is determined by the double agreement of supply and demand.
