Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni327
GB/T ENi6094
AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-9
Description: Ni327 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). The deposited metal has good crack resistance because the weld contains a certain amount of alloying elements such as molybdenum and niobium.
Application: It is used for welding nickel alloys that require heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and can also be used for welding and surfacing of some difficult-to-weld alloys and dissimilar steels.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
