Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni307-2
GB/T ENi6133
AWS A5.11 ENiCrFe-2
Description: Ni307-2 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). Since the weld contains a certain amount of molybdenum, niobium and other alloying elements, the deposited metal has good crack resistance.
Application: Used for welding nickel-chromium-iron alloys (such as UNS N08800, UNS N06600), especially suitable for welding of dissimilar metals, transition layer welding and surfacing welding, and can also be used when the working temperature is 980 ° C, but it can resist oxidation when the temperature is higher than 820 ° C Decreased sex and intensity.

Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding. Try to use a short arc to weld.
